Product Care
Sophie Blake jewelry pieces are made by hand and should be handled with care. Following each wear, we recommend to wipe the gemstone and metal portions with a soft cloth and store in a jewelry box or small pouch away from direct sources of light, heat, moisture or air conditioning. We also recommend to avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals including (chlorine, sulfur, perfume, alcohol, detergent and lotion).
Many of the pieces are plated with 14k gold, silver and rhodium. The metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth; however, excessive polishing will rub off the plating and is not recommended.

Return Policy
We accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Your original purchase must be returned in new condition with its original packaging. Sale items and custom orders are final sale. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items.
Please make sure to insure items upon return otherwise we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please provide details as to the reason for your return/exchange - it will help us ensure better service in the future.

Repair Policy
Please contact repairs@sophieblakeny.com regarding all repairs. We will offer complimentary repair service on any item purchased from www.sophieblakeny.com for 3 months after purchase. For repairs on products over a year old, a $15 charge will be requested. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the repair and return to you. Repairs are subject to the availability of the original parts used in the piece.
Please note that we are not able to repair pieces bought at other retail locations, please bring the item in question to the store from which you purchased it. We work directly with all of our retail partners to support their efforts with customers.
